About North London Hospice
North London Hospice cares for patients with a life-limiting illness and supports their families, friends, and carers too. We care for patients in the communities of Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey and in our Inpatient Unit in Finchley. The hospice was established in 1984 as the UK’s first multi-faith hospice and each year we care for over 3,500 patients.
We are an independent charity and provide all our care, free of charge.

More about North London Hospice
Everyone is treated as an individual and our multi-professional team consists of specially trained doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, social workers, counsellors and chaplains. Everyone working at North London Hospice is committed to ensuring that patients receive our full support, enabling them to choose how they receive our care. Our goal is to help patients live life to the full despite their illness.
As a registered charity, North London Hospice provides free Specialist Palliative Care Services. We receive some government funding, rely on donations and legacies to meet the cost of providing our exceptional care and support. In 2023/24 we budgeted £15.9 million to fund our services. Please consider helping local residents who need our support by donating to North London Hospice today.
Your donations create real change
By supporting Big Fun Art Adventure you are helping to raise vital funds for North London Hospice. Our services are provided free of charge and it costs over £15.9 million a year to keep our services going. Only 40% of our funding comes from the NHS and we have to fundraise the rest.
Please consider supporting Big Fun Adventure in whatever way you can – from sponsoring an owl, to downloading our app and completing the trail, so that we can continue to provide the best of life, at the end-of-life, for everyone.Donate
