Every work of art is a story that represents a moment in time, a moment that links past and future. With her design, Maria aims to tell a story that will expand and evolve each time it is told. She intends it to be not only a marker for the location but also a piece of living history that educates and inspires our city’s younger generation. Maria’s work has connectivity at its core, referencing an art deco, futuristic style with bright colours and bold shapes. Vibrancy and colour is where she finds inspiration. She hopes to disrupt people’s day with positivity and energy. She understands how happy colours and shapes can affect our mental health and wellbeing and she wants to
spead joy on the streets of Haringey!
