Caroline Daly is a socially engaged artist with a background in scenic painting and prop making. She is interested in the transformative power of art to bring people together, to ignite imaginations, and to highlight the beauty that lies within our communities. Her practise focuses on both the creation of large vibrant murals to infuse life and colour into urban landscapes and the crafting of large willow lanterns to bring joy to communities. Caroline wanted Owlbert to stand out against an urban environment background and so she chose the colours and pigments carefully. Owlbert was the first owl to be designed and he has been busy promoting the trail. He’s very proud to feature on our wonderful range of merchandise!
