Our school art academy has crafted a unique design centered around sustainability, using lightbulbs as symbolic canvases. These lightbulbs feature artwork that contrasts two perspectives: the negative impact of human activities on our planet and the positive visions we aspire to achieve. On one side, they depict scenes of pollution, deforestation, and other environmental damages, serving as a stark reminder of the urgent need for change. On the other, they showcase vibrant images of renewable energy, thriving ecosystems, and sustainable living practices, embodying the hope and potential for a greener future. This duality in the artwork aims to inspire awareness and action towards a more sustainable world.
Grand Auction
Did you know that at the end of the trail all of the large owl sculptures are auctioned to raise money for North London Hospice? The smaller owls – our owlets – are returned to their forever homes with their school or community group.
